We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organize and manage company finance, including that of its services and administering payroll related functions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Managing Director, the senior leadership team (SLT) and the team members in formulating budgets for company materials and resources stipulating aims and objectives of the various company purchases.<\/li>\n<li>Support and encourage the company\u2019s ethos and its objectives, policies and procedures as may be requested.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the company\u2019s annual budget and review and update as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor income and expenditure in relation to the company\u2019s budget, and produce monthly reports for the Managing Director.<\/li>\n<li>Create and\/or supervise the company\u2019s computerized finance accounting package ensuring that required back-ups are carried out and kept securely.<\/li>\n<li>Manage, negotiate and monitor all contracts and relationships with external contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all the necessary financial data required for payroll, PAYEE, Income TAX, FIRS and LIRS documents are submitted on time and up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledge the purchase and receipt of items and filing all receipts in the appropriate Finance file.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Petty Cash flow and submission of weekly staff and company needs.<\/li>\n<li>Process invoices and print statements of account for clients as and when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Produce monthly expenses spreadsheet for submission to the Managing Director.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 Years minimum experience as Finance Manager\/Accountant\/Auditor in a reputable firm<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) as a minimum.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with C-level executive is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Confident with public speaking skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in commodity tradingmainly in Indian Trading company preferred.<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc \/ BA in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or relevant field;<\/li>\n<li>MBA \/ MSc \/ MA in a specialized business field will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Professional financial certifications such as CFA, ICAN, ACCA will also give candidates a lead in this application process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@hcdclimited.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>recruitment@hcdclimited.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 clearly indicating the &#8220;Opening for Finance Manager&#8221; as subject of your mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>6th February, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Human Capacity Development Consultants (HCDC) Limited is a vibrant and innovative company committed to the goal of developing human capital in organisations for exceptional business results.
