We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the below position:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: QA \/ QC Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Category:<\/strong> Oil &amp; Gas<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Contract<br \/>\n<strong>Job Shift:<\/strong> Day<br \/>\n<strong>Duration:<\/strong> 4 weeks<br \/>\n<strong>Career Level:<\/strong>\u00a0Experienced (Non-Manager)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure that\u00a0Contractor performs QA \/ QC\u00a0execution EPC activities in compliance with Contract Requirements<\/li>\n<li>To develop and maintain the project QA\/QC monitoring process\/system<\/li>\n<li>Supervising QA\/QC activities at site overseeing Execution Contractor\u2019s QA\/QC activities performing direct intervention\u00a0if necessary\u00a0and giving technical instruction and advice<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring Contractor\u2019s QA\/QC deliverables are in compliance with Project requirement, analyzing and resolving issues and problem emerging during the QA\/QC activities<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and approving Execution and Contractor\u2019s QA\/QC Documentation\/Dossiers<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing Execution Contractor\u2019s QA\/QC plans and procedures to verify if they comply with Execution Contractor\u2019s contractual obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing Execution Contractor\u2019s QA\/QC Site Organization to verify its adequacy and effectiveness to address all quality issues.<\/li>\n<li>Lead implementation of methodologies in order to ensure the highest quality inspection are performed at site<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing records of internal and external Audits performed by the Execution Contractor.<\/li>\n<li>Providing advice regarding the need for audits on the Execution Contractor and their Suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Assessing adequacy and competence of Execution Contractor Quality Organization at the Construction, sites to assure that the applicable quality standards are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Verifying that Execution Contractors Quality Personnel are in possession of valid qualifications related to the function performed<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and interface with IVB inspection related activities<\/li>\n<li>Oversee, direct, and organize the work of the teams.<\/li>\n<li>Proven performance and capability to operate independently in own discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach, monitor and evaluate results<\/li>\n<li>Agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 years&#8217; experience in QA\/QC role in the Oil and Gas Industry with appropriate supervisory experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in operating electronic QA\/QC Monitoring systems<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Degree title: Bachelor Degree in Engineering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Good people management and leadership skills allied to a strong commercial awareness<\/li>\n<li>Good IT skills inputting data into information management system database.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gender: Does not matter<\/li>\n<li>Age: 25 Years 50 Years<\/li>\n<li>Required Travel: Not Required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/portal.dbesl.com\/newest-jobs\/job\/qa-qc-engineer-deepblue-energy-services-lagos-island-228\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>18th\u00a0February, 2020.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deep Blue Energy Services Limited (DBESL) is a resource and solution management company that specializes in assisting international\/Local companies in identifying Potential market opportunities, assisting with permits, sourcing highly skilled&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[24,58],"tags":[1463],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
