Uniabuja\u00a0Consults Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: General Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The General Manager, Uniabuja Consults Ltd shall be responsible to the Board of Directors of the Uniabuja Consults Ltd for all policies and programs relating to harnessing and offering consultancy services in all aspects of human endeavor, including Education, Scientific, Engineering, Agriculture, Business and other specialized services harnessing and using the abundant\u00a0nch\u00a0practical and academic resources of the University, including collaboration and offering programs and services that will generate income to Company; advises the Board on necessary measures to ensure periodic checks and correcting defects on all transactions to make the Uniabuja Ventures Ltd constantly functional.<\/li>\n<li>The General Manager is also responsible for advising the Board on material requirements,\u00a0relevant\u00a0number of qualified and experienced personnel and labour force necessary for an effective and sustainable operation and maintenance of the\u00a0Uniabuja\u00a0Ventures Ltd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Person<\/strong><br \/>\nThe General Manager must be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A person of high integrity and capable of providing effective leadership;<\/li>\n<li>Pro-active and receptive to new ideas and willing to translate them into reality; and,<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate\u00a0ability to supervise and monitor a team of experienced and competent technical, commercial and marketing staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate must possess\u00a0minimum\u00a0of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)\u00a0degree\u00a0in Accounting, Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Law and\/or HND in Marketing from a recognized University or Tertiary Institution with not less than ten (10) years of cognate experience -eight (8) of which must be unbroken service in a trading, or commercial enterprise, or similar outfit from the Private sector.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must have attained the rank of Assistant General Manager or its equivalent and\u00a0be registered\u00a0with the relevant professional body.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must not be less than thirty-five (35) years and not\u00a0more than\u00a0fifty-five (55) years of age at the point of assumption of duty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Consultancy is to\u00a0be run\u00a0as a commercial venture and as self-sustaining. The General Manager shall earn his salary through the\u00a0Uniabuja\u00a0Consults Limited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates are required\u00a0to submit fifteen (15) copies of their Applications, Curriculum Vitae (CV) and photocopies of their credentials.
