We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nHR Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.<\/li>\n<li>Handle recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain calendars of HR management team.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with performance management procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate training sessions and seminars.<\/li>\n<li>Perform orientations and update records of new staff.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.<\/li>\n<li>Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.<\/li>\n<li>Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:support@briotech.com.ng\">support@briotech.com.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0with Job Title &#8220;Human Resource Manager&#8221; as subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>7th March, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Briotech Solutions &#8211; Are your business systems and processes designed for optimum performance? if you feel stuck and overwhelmed you&#8217;re not alone.
