We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Draftsman<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja &amp; Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> 003<br \/>\n<strong>Slot:<\/strong> 2 Openings<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nYour responsibilities include but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating and altering construction sketches.<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing drawing focused collaboration with project managers and design consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Management and organization of all Emergent CAD drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Printing of CAD drawings in various formats and packages, and delivering them to the correct contact in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits.<\/li>\n<li>Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Thinking creatively and critically to support the project team in the design process, to create sketches and drawings that work.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and continually updating project drawings lists.<\/li>\n<li>Printing various formats of drawing sets for project managers and site superintendents.<\/li>\n<li>Systematically saving sketches and drawings on our CAD server; keeping the server organized; updating project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made.<\/li>\n<li>Exhaustively reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors, before being sent to architects, subcontractors, project managers, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Seeking clarity and understanding from engineers and project managers when you are not 100% certain of something.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and uploading drawings to web based storage sites\/collaboration project sites to share drawings with project and subcontractors.<\/li>\n<li>Create, edit, and update standard details for use in projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. \/ HND in Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Degree from a technical college also acceptable.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (AUTOCAD).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to draw manually favourable, but not essential.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well in a team and on your own.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@marandmor.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>recruitment@marandmor.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0stating the Subject; job title and location.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>21st February, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only successful candidates will be contacted and late entries will not be entertained.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mar &amp; Mor Integrated Services Limited is a building services company, passionate about customer satisfaction, best practices and standards compliance.
