We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the position\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Client Service Officer &#8211; Financial Institutions<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct interaction with the customers on the phone and e-mail for all day-to-day business<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Operations and Product Units to research and resolve customer issues<\/li>\n<li>Timely provision of detailed account and transaction information to customers through various media, viz. e-mail, phone, fax, statements, advices, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Actively and periodically solicit customer feedback with a view to address service issue and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Participate in customer feedback survey<\/li>\n<li>Provide input to Seniors for service calls to customers to discuss service and operational issues<\/li>\n<li>Participate in root cause analysis of internal errors and transfer of best practices for process improvement<\/li>\n<li>Proactively inform customers of issues\/errors made by Citibank on their accounts and corrective action taken<\/li>\n<li>Communicate proactively with customers by informing them of regulatory changes and other internal changes, which affect the operation of their account<\/li>\n<li>Identify customer automation opportunities e.g. Citidirect, etc<\/li>\n<li>Train staff and customers in products and necessary skills required to carry out their functions efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7-8 years of relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in customer service and payments and receivables processes is required<\/li>\n<li>Computer proficiency<\/li>\n<li>First degree in Social Science, Numerate Discipline \/Computer Studies<\/li>\n<li>MBA or Post Graduate diploma in Business management \/Finance\/Banking\/Commerce will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication<\/li>\n<li>Proven investigative and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to present concepts and influence change<\/li>\n<li>Consistently deliver high-quality customer service with focus on building client relationship and achieving quality results<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work under limited supervision within a team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated project management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks<\/li>\n<li>Proven self-reliance and accountability and ability to manage risk<\/li>\n<li>Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Relationships:<\/strong><br \/>\nInternal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily contact with Relationship and Product Managers to resolve customer issues<\/li>\n<li>Daily contact with Operations to facilitate and solve customer problems<\/li>\n<li>Daily contact with Customer Service Unit to discuss service concerns, initiatives and overdue investigations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>External:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily contact with customers to receive inquiries, investigations, requests and to provide transaction information<\/li>\n<li>Weekly contact with customers to obtain feedback on service delivery and review outstanding issues<\/li>\n<li>Monthly visits to customer to discuss operational and general service issues; benchmark services, pricing or processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Citibank Nigeria Limited, the leading global financial services company, provides consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial products and services.
