We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the position\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Subsea Specialist (Expatriate)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Service Dimensions<\/strong><br \/>\n1.)\u00a0HSE\u00a0Commitment:<\/p>\n<p><strong>At all times, the Service holder will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead HSE commitment to Company Policy and Standards<\/li>\n<li>Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards<\/li>\n<li>Actively lead\u00a0Company\u00a0safety awareness and initiative schemes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.)\u00a0Ethics And\u00a0Compliance:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> In undertaking this role, the Service holder will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role specific:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure contractors respect Company E&amp;P referential\u00a0standards<\/li>\n<li>Control and manage communication,\u00a0in particular\u00a0in\u00a0case\u00a0of\u00a0high risk\u00a0and emergency situations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Company regulations and best\u00a0industry practice is followed\u00a0to ensure safe and cost effective operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adapt to changes in work practices and\u00a0Service\u00a0activities<\/li>\n<li>Act in the best interest of the affiliate at all times<\/li>\n<li>Seek\u00a0out\u00a0learning opportunities and transfer new skills and knowledge to the\u00a0Service<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to the values and principles of the Company Code of Conduct at all\u00a0time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.)\u00a0Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate Drilling &amp; Completion Service programs &amp; ensure full compliance to company rules before implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide specialized technical Support to Deepwater DCSIs &amp; Supervisor(s) as required<\/li>\n<li>Preparation, planning, optimisation, execution and follow up of the subsea operations<\/li>\n<li>Optimize operations and rig equipment in relation with engineering, geology, contractors and reservoir entities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure management of change document is prepared by DCD teams &amp; approved before implementation<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other entities for studies, engineering input and details required for preparation of well program, plans and contingencies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the respect of safety rules and frames of reference and ensure the reliability of technical information<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the suitability to operational requirements of personnel, equipment and services.<\/li>\n<li>Enhance Subsea equipment design and operational procedures to optimize safety and efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Follow up of proposed CONTRACTOR project maintenance schedule, optimization of equipment maintenance requirements to enable delivery of \u201cfit for purpose\u201d equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Provides Onne technical team support; review and delivery of periodic maintenance procedures for scheduled and preventative maintenance activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Context And Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deepwater environment with high cost exposure &#8211; 1.4MUSD\/day rig rate,<\/li>\n<li>Transverse activities across all the disciplines within DCD (Drilling; Fluids; Wells &amp; Intervention, GSR).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guarantee the accomplishment of the drilling and\/or completion and\/or work-over operations, in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental protection, all while optimizing costs and lead times<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the return on Exploration &amp; Production investments, through a continual search for the improving equipment, services and operational procedures<\/li>\n<li>Perform drilling and completion Service program review and ensure best practices are utilized<\/li>\n<li>Support interventions on subsea assets including all documentation\/programs involving XT, Tubing Hangers completions and ROV intervention Services with all the associated running tools.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate necessary meetings between services companies and rig contractor<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with programs, HSE requirements and Company rules.<\/li>\n<li>Perform complex technical studies and troubleshooting problems for operations.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up rig operations including regular rig visits;
