We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> National Business Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your Job is to deal with customers, acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying new sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Pitching products and\/or services<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers<\/li>\n<li>Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets<\/li>\n<li>Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing<\/li>\n<li>Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings<\/li>\n<li>Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Attending conferences, meetings, and exhibitions<\/li>\n<li>Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays<\/li>\n<li>Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products<\/li>\n<li>Developing quotes and proposals<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person<\/li>\n<li>Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met<\/li>\n<li>Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings<\/li>\n<li>Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating new product developments to prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Increasing the values of new customers while attracting new ones<\/li>\n<li>Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange business meetings with prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Every other duties as assigned by management\u0430<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree or equivalent education<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years post NYSC work experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Socially dept<\/li>\n<li>Good with numbers<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and IT fluency<\/li>\n<li>Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events<\/li>\n<li>The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate income from direct sales<\/li>\n<li>Provide courteous and friendly service<\/li>\n<li>Provide 500 customers details in 6 months.<\/li>\n<li>Provide customer loyalty programs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure assigned stock is complete<\/li>\n<li>Level of personal improvement achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptions raised on Customer service delivery and Store presentation.\u0430<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN80,000 net monthly plus commission on sales<\/p>\n<p><strong>To apply\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Resume with the Position Applied for as subject to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@workplacecentre.com\"><strong>careers@workplacecentre.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>6th March, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Workplace Centre Limited &#8211; We are a World Class Skills Development and HR \/ ICT Consulting Services organisation that adds significant value to our clients and society.
