We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Project Supervisor (Female)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Works closely with creative director, and Project Manager to ensure a positive and successful client experience.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties may be assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Assist or lead design team\/students in the design and specification of assigned design projects for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Design services include: design concepts, space planning, site visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specific Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducts specification checks with Interior Designer before orders are placed. Developing knowledge in design trends and appropriate product application.<\/li>\n<li>Developing knowledge in research and assists in consultative selling efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Assists the Interior designer in specifications of projects assigned with specific direction under moderate supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Leads assigned tasks following the direction of a project leader while part of the project team. Assists or leads design team\/students members in the preparation of client presentations. Assists and meet with clients in ensuring the accuracy of all brief are enhance to before presenting to client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verifies existing inventory\/product if necessary. Final Design<\/li>\n<li>Conduct organizational interfaces with; client, contractors, project managers, sales, sales administration, internal operations personnel, and installation crews<\/li>\n<li>Attends client planning meetings; presents plans and information to clients for review and approval.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts programming by interviewing clients\/end\/users and produces reports.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews site; conducts field measurements and plan-to site adherence checks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Serve as a Steward of SIMPLINTERIORS Core Values and Brand<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership \u2013 Exhibits confidence in self and others.
