We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource\u00a0 Advisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> sfh-06043<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position will provide support to the Director, Human Resources for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and performing vital HR functions to improve employee motivation and support efficient management of the entire employee life cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><br \/>\nThe successful candidate will perform the following functions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the talent acquisition, interview and selection processes<\/li>\n<li>Assess training and development needs and monitor the efficacy of training programs<\/li>\n<li>Review and update HR standard operating procedures and policies to nurture a positive working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare HR Reports to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics<\/li>\n<li>Compensation and compliance management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must possess a Bachelor\u2019s level degree (B.Sc. \/BA) in Human Resources Management, Humanities or Social Sciences.
