We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Loan Officer Trainee<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Sector:<\/strong> Banking<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We seek to attract aspiring candidates who want to build a career in the financial service sector and are highly driven to achieve their career aspirations while fulfilling organizational goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sourcing for loan clients in identified market zones.<\/li>\n<li>Rendering financial advice to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure credit appraisal and cash flow analysis of clients.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all loan requirements inclusive of charges are properly communicated to clients and all documentation duly completed, executed and submitted.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all approved loan are disbursed timely.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise loan packaging and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct credit checks on borrowers and their guarantors.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm status (Physical state, valuation e.t.c) of asset\/properties used as collateral by customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of HND \/ Bachelor&#8217;s Degree passed at minimum of Second Class division.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants should not be more than 27 years old.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be prepared to take up a marketing role.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must reside in Lagos and must have concluded NYSC.<\/li>\n<li>Work experience is not required.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent team player.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to interact effectively with People of diverse cultures.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application Letter and Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@addosser.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>careers@addosser.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th March, 2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selected candidates will be hired as &#8220;Loan Officer Trainees&#8221;, and undergo a structured training and competency-building program to equip them for top-level performance.<\/li>\n<li>Only suitable candidate will be selected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Addosser Microfinance Bank Limited is an innovative financial institution dedicated to improving the living condition of everyday people through value-added financial products and services.
