We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the position\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Agreement \/ Contract Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Calabar, Cross River<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a dedicated\u00a0Agreement\u00a0\/ Contract Manager<\/li>\n<li>Are you\u00a0customer,\u00a0business and service oriented mind-set with\u00a0good\u00a0approach\/attitude in problem solving?<\/li>\n<li>Are you outgoing and cooperative with excellent negotiation and presentation skills?.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We are\u00a0Looking\u00a0for You!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As an Agreement Manager, you are accountable for the assigned agreement including upselling, delivery, customer care and renewals during the installation life cycle. This includes\u00a0financial,\u00a0operative and technical performance of the customer&#8217;s installations.<\/li>\n<li>This position reports to the GM Regional Operations, Nigeria and Central Africa.<\/li>\n<li>Location is\u00a0at\u00a0power\u00a0plant in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for overall performance of the assigned agreement customer including agreement renewals, upselling, customer care and\u00a0lifecycle\u00a0services delivery during the\u00a0lifecycle\u00a0of the agreement. This includes driving financial, operative and technical performance of customer installations, identification of customer pain points and addressing those with corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Secure customer investments and minimize related financial risks and ensure customer profitability by proactively upselling and identifying performance improvement measures<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for building strategic partnerships with\u00a0assigned\u00a0customer. Lead joint business development activities with the customers and help customers maximise the return of their\u00a0investments<\/li>\n<li>Know what is important for the customer, what are their specific business drivers and how our offering can help to minimise risks in operations and performance. Identify potential issues to prevent events causing revenue losses.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively communicate with the customer to ensure\u00a0all pain points are identified, all needs\u00a0are addressed\u00a0and also effective communication to ensure the customer understands Wartsila&#8217;s value addition.<\/li>\n<li>Enforce conformance to QHES policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Lead team to ensure that\u00a0the scope of\u00a0the service agreement\u00a0is delivered\u00a0to the customer according to contract, performance guarantees given\u00a0are reached\u00a0and that our entire delivery is following standard operations procedures and global Contract management processes<\/li>\n<li>Lead, manage, train, coach and ensure competence level for the team.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively propose new solutions, performance improvement programs and upgrades to the customers to ensure increased reliability, availability and efficiency of the installation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the value of the proposed solutions\u00a0is understood\u00a0by the customer and that such products and services\u00a0are sold\u00a0and delivered.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all the internal and external stakeholders to ensure that additional business\u00a0is properly identified\u00a0and delivered<\/li>\n<li>Ensure\u00a0all necessary actions are taken\u00a0to renew and expand\u00a0the scope of\u00a0the agreement<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for making lifetime forecasts and annual budgets\/estimations for the agreements<\/li>\n<li>Elaborate and update the action plan based on the Customer Satisfaction Survey, customer needs, market challenges and financial results\u00a0in order\u00a0to optimize the overall account to improve customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Make optimization proposals for Wartsila assets such as inventories, receivables, fixed assets\u00a0etc. tied to the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and review all the required reports to the management, ensure the quality and timeliness of information as specified by the contract and Contract Management process.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing all CM \/ Sales related IM tools &amp; practices including CRM, Sales funnel,\u00a0Estimo, CMT,\u00a0Qlickview,\u00a0Qlicksense\u00a0etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Success\u00a0is measured\u00a0by:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Employees&#8217; satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Agreement renewal rate<\/li>\n<li>Availability and uptime of installations<\/li>\n<li>All Contractual performance KPI measures<\/li>\n<li>GTV sales for relevant agreement (Contractual + upselling)<\/li>\n<li>Profitability for relevant agreements including proactive financial planning for the lifetime of the agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements \/ Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Engineering and \/ or Sales<\/li>\n<li>Rigorous understanding of Energy business and the ability to translate that to tangible actions to capture growth potential in our sales and operations<\/li>\n<li>Uncompromised customer service mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for our customers<\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of services organization and way of working, strong knowledge of our lifecycle solutions portfolio and expertise provided through our Contract Management function and coordination between the stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Inspirational change leader with the ability to engage and promote others to take action<\/li>\n<li>Strong influencing skills combined with a large internal network<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Sales \/ Contract Management in a demanding leadership environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/careers.wartsila.com\/job\/Nigeria-Calabar-Agreement-Contract-Manager\/591917501\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>13th\u00a0March, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wartsila is a global leader in smart technologies and\u00a0complete\u00a0lifecycle\u00a0solutions for the marine and energy markets.
