We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Junior Office Assistant<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NoemDek Limited is seeking\u00a0 to fill the position of a Junior Office Assistant to assist in the management of day to day office operations, provision of basic IT needs and handling company recruitment needs.\u00a0 The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Summary\/Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing letters, presentations and reports<\/li>\n<li>Implementing and maintaining procedures\/office administrative systems.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring Office facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Using a range of software packages for system setup<\/li>\n<li>Handling staff recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and negotiate with vendors<\/li>\n<li>Resolving any arising problems or complaints<\/li>\n<li>Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets<\/li>\n<li>Support to administrative task<\/li>\n<li>Tracking all office supplied and inventory<\/li>\n<li>Other additional roles as directed by your supervisor or his representative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Structure:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Junior Office Assistant will primarily be required to report to the Office Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate Degree from leading institution with\u00a0 0-3 years of experience in any field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills required. Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines with available resources<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication, leadership and analytic skills<\/li>\n<li>Leadership, process management, relationship development, negotiations, communication, customer service.
