We are\u00a0recruiting\u00a0to fill the position\u00a0below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Lifting Specialist (H \/ F)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> 2020-15133<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare FFSD lifting activities offshore according to HSE regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing lifting plan.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the permit to work and getting it approved by Site Lifting Specialist.<\/li>\n<li>Implements with Contractor Site Representative any Risk Assessment of Job Safety Analysis as required by Project HSE procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Create work procedures; assess contractors&#8217; personnel and equipment for suitability for the work.<\/li>\n<li>Providing technical input on contractor and consultant selection with handling and lifting content.<\/li>\n<li>Verifies that the lifting equipment satisfies regulatory requirements: Condition \/ fitness for purpose, SWL and WLL, Serial No. Identification Number, Valid certificate, Colour code if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma holder<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Offshore construction, Site supervision, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning in an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Industry preferably on an FPSO.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced rigging and lifting level 2 competences minimum.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in oil and gas or related industry to have knowledge of the specific environment linked to HSE aspects<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a large multinational team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while maintaining good relations with colleagues and others<\/li>\n<li>Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site<\/li>\n<li>Working language: English mandatory, French is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Perfectly competent and independent in his field, he must show common sense and organizational ability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/spie-job.talent-soft.com\/job\/job-lifting-specialist_15133.aspx\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SPIE Oil &amp;
