We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Production Line Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ogun<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute plant production in order to meet the production target<\/li>\n<li>Ensure availability of adequate raw material<\/li>\n<li>Implement work schedules<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper stock handling inclusive of consumable parts and spares<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and supervision of the entire process<\/li>\n<li>Strictly ensure the compliance with the virgin to approve ratio<\/li>\n<li>Minimize the rejection and wastage<\/li>\n<li>Ensure routine maintenance of equipment and identify emerging problems and communication to related dept<\/li>\n<li>Taking immediate action during trouble shooting and ensure correction in the minimum possible time<\/li>\n<li>Minimizing the Breakage of films in the production process<\/li>\n<li>Able to implement the production schedule<\/li>\n<li>Able to Understand of raw material, equipment and process flows \/ operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to apply principles, technical applications and procedures for production as per product standards and customer requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand importance of SOP creation and Implementation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure waste minimization<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper functioning of waste recycling plant<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with the quality standards in the production process<\/li>\n<li>Able to measure important characteristics of material or production process to determine the variation in quality parameters<\/li>\n<li>Able to implement the plans for the Management of waste i.e handling, storage, collection of wastage.<\/li>\n<li>Removal of the waste from the production area for proper working conditions<\/li>\n<li>Execute standard operating procedures for procedure and EHS compliances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.E \/ B.
