We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Lubricant Sales Superintendent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a reliable Lubricant Sales superintendent with passion for the job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Visit target customers on a regular basis to promote our product, initiate new projects, obtain new approvals and generate new business for the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Technical sales presentations to customers to promote the company\u2019s product.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute a sales plan\/territory and customers coverage plan to achieve agreed upon sales volume goals and sales growth targets (one year, three year, five year sales goals).<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up on sales call reports, sample requests, customer projects and other requests from customers.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Technical Service department to develop performance data, solve customers\u2019 formulating problems and provide technical assistance to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate technical testing and product optimization proposals for specific customer projects and to support the needs of customers and new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Write visit reports and periodic sales and market reports.<\/li>\n<li>Support Sales Manager in sales budgeting and pricing issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ Bsc in related Discipline.<\/li>\n<li>3-10 years\u2019 experience in technical sales of lubricant additives or specialty lubricants and greases.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in formulating lubricants, greases, RP\u2019s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent selling skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter, well organized, and motivated.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical background in lubricant additives formulation, testing, and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of the chemistry of lubricant and metalworking additives.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact well with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide innovative solutions to customers\u2019 needs.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@workplacecentre.com\"><strong>careers@workplacecentre.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the subject; Lubricant Sales Superintendent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>25th March, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Workplace Centre Limited &#8211; We are a World Class Skills Development and HR \/ ICT Consulting Services organisation that adds significant value to our clients and society.
