We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Wuse, Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An experienced business development manager needed to evaluate, establish and promote new business opportunities while strengthening and ensuring the continuous growth of existing ones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Functions \/ Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement strategic business plan that expands the organization\u2019s client base and ensure it\u2019s strong presence.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Build and ensure long-term relationships with new and existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Track trends and monitor competition<\/li>\n<li>Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.<\/li>\n<li>Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Protects organization\u2019s value by keeping information confidential.<\/li>\n<li>Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements \/ Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a business development manager or similar position.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the banking sector.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive marketing campaign.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Strong business sense and industry expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.<\/li>\n<li>Business Intelligence.<\/li>\n<li>Motivation for sales.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled at Scheduling and Monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Project management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs.eclathrconsulting@gmail.com\"><strong>jobs.eclathrconsulting@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>5th April, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eclat Human Resources Consulting Limited is a progressive Human Resource Management Firm with its Headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria.
