We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: ICT Teacher<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Oyo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To teach ICT to pupils between the ages of 14 and 19 years.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that appropriate study materials are available in good time.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that homework, when given, is marked to provide timely feedback to pupils.<\/li>\n<li>Mark and evaluate pupils work and write reports.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain discipline so that the learning objectives of the class and the provisions of the School\u2019s Health and Safety policy are met.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that Health and Safety is adhered to and risk assessments carried out and reviewed as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that good study habits are developed in the class.<\/li>\n<li>To work closely with the Learning Support Department in order that the best methods are used for children with a Learning Difference.<\/li>\n<li>To take part in the appraisal of his\/her own work performance and must be prepared to assist in the appraisal and observation of colleagues where required.<\/li>\n<li>Attend relevant meetings including weekly School meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Will be a key member of the ICT Development Mandate carrying responsibility for effective use of ICT throughout the school.<\/li>\n<li>Attend break-time playground duty.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in work, study and INSET days.<\/li>\n<li>To operate within School policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct, Safeguarding, Equal Opportunities and Health and Safety.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure as part of the School that reasonable measures are in place to ensure that the risks of harm to children\u2019s welfare are minimised.<\/li>\n<li>To attend occasional teachers\u2019 conferences, to form a relationship with the children outside the lesson time (for instance, at break time), and to deepen understanding of the young child through study.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties reasonably requested by the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science or other related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Teaching Experience is an Advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Basic Knowledge of Software and Web Development.<\/li>\n<li>Basic Knowledge of Networking and Hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Robotics and Automation is an Advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Certification is an Advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Credentials to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@presto.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>careers@presto.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>28th May, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Presto Integrated Solutions is an integrated technology development company targeted at proffering solutions to fulfil human needs by means of both Information and communication technology (ICT) and electrical solution development&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[21,37],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
