Our client, a reputable Food Processing &amp; Manufacturing company, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nIn fulfilling his or her responsibilities, the successful candidate will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement Corporate Strategy to achieve organizational goals and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Provide periodic reports to the Board as may be required<\/li>\n<li>Accountable to the Board with respect to company operations, new market and product development<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute brand development initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strategy alignment with corporate objectives<\/li>\n<li>Train and develop a high performing team<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission of the Company<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the Company&#8217;s compliance with laws and business ethics<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duty as required by Board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline<\/li>\n<li>A Master&#8217;s in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of fifteen (15) years work experience in the food processing and manufacturing sector, at least ten (10) of which must have been at Senior Management level<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional certification<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Organizational, negotiation and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact with people at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer Proficiency, Integrity and gravitas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and Curriculum Vitae \/ Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:executivetalentrecruitment@dcsl.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>executivetalentrecruitment@dcsl.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>16th April, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DCSL Corporate Services Limited &#8211;
