We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikoyi Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong> Telco<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This person must have worked in a multinational company as an Executive Assistant<\/li>\n<li>General office support to include minute taking, monthly reporting, preparing presentation materials, dealing with telephone enquiries, filing and general correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain records and information systems in accordance with office policy and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing all incoming mail and ensuring necessary actions are taken.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in organizing and maintaining systems for the storage and retrieval of information.<\/li>\n<li>Provide an effective interface between the Chief\u0422s guests and other members of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Organize briefing materials and logistics for workshops or presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to internal and external enquiries and as far as is possible process these through to their resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Manage staff and resources allocated to the job in accordance with the authority\u0422s policies and code of ethics and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Effective time and diary management for the Chief Officer.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of the Group&#8217;s calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Handle other administrative functions of the Group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualifications &amp; Functional \/ Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University Law degree \/ HND; relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)<\/li>\n<li>At least 7-10 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills-written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>High level of proficiency in MS Office suite and MS Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range<\/strong><br \/>\n7,000,000 &#8211; 10,000,000 per annum<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:cjjaycee4@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\">cjjaycee4@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:yusuf.hassan@halogensecurity.com\" target=\"_blank\">yusuf.hassan@halogensecurity.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0if you&#8217;re a lawyer and have this competence.
