{"id":85299,"date":"2020-04-07T11:32:30","date_gmt":"2020-04-07T10:32:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=85299"},"modified":"2020-04-07T11:32:30","modified_gmt":"2020-04-07T10:32:30","slug":"greymedia-limited-current-employment-opportunity-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/greymedia-limited-current-employment-opportunity-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Greymedia Limited Current Employment Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Greymedia Limited is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Print-Press Assistant Production Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ideal candidate will own the entire production process<\/li>\n<li>He will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence<\/li>\n<li>He will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the implementation of scheduled printing so as to ensure compliance and uniformity with the agreed time frames, product quality, and efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Manage the printing resources to improve productivity<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the printing phases and material provision in order to ensure smooth &amp; appropriate daily operation in terms of capacity and quality<\/li>\n<li>Manage and ensure the coordination of all printing activity in order to optimize production times and capacity<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the housekeeping of the facilities in order to secure quality, increase in efficiency, improve productivity and ensure healthy &amp; safe working conditions<\/li>\n<li>Train, support and motivate the printing staff in order to ensure the quality of their work, their safety and their commitment<\/li>\n<li>Manage and evaluate entire production process<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to production planning and budgeting<\/li>\n<li>Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a safe production environment<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of production experience<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years\u2019 experience with direct imaging and 1 or more years prior digital printing experience.<\/li>\n<li>Requires advanced knowledge of digital print and\/or inkjet imaging equipment set up, adjustment, operating procedures, and a corresponding level of skill to set up, operate, and adjust the equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Able to set up, operate, and adjust the equipment, and in addition, diagnose, solve, and correct operating problems affecting the quality and timeliness of the service or product or function.<\/li>\n<li>Requires advanced knowledge of colour theory and ability to make adjustments and colour corrections when operating the equipment to produce the imaging to customer specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of file manipulation and file formats for digital print.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge and ability to set up feed rollers, tensioning, timing and in-line finishing per job specifications.<\/li>\n<li>May instruct junior level operators how to complete the required corrective adjustment.<\/li>\n<li>Requires basic mathematic skills, basic computer skills.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years\u2019 experience with direct imaging and 1 or more years prior digital printing experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with sheet fed press or 4-color process operation and performance of preventive maintenance tasks on digital printing presses preferred.
