{"id":85342,"date":"2020-04-08T10:28:43","date_gmt":"2020-04-08T09:28:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=85342"},"modified":"2020-04-08T10:28:43","modified_gmt":"2020-04-08T09:28:43","slug":"gentroyal-koncepts-current-employment-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/gentroyal-koncepts-current-employment-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"GentRoyal Koncepts Current Employment Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>GentRoyal Koncepts is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Branch Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.<\/li>\n<li>Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.<\/li>\n<li>Meet goals and metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Bring out the best of branch\u2019s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.<\/li>\n<li>Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.<\/li>\n<li>Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations\/applicable laws.<\/li>\n<li>Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven branch management experience, as a bank manager or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with industry\u2019s rules and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Results driven and customer focused.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and human resources management skills.<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc in Business Administration or related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:gentroyalKoncepts@gmail.com\"><strong>gentroyalKoncepts@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221;
