Mara Group Nigeria recruits<strong> Desktop Support Engineer (Level 2)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience : <\/strong> 3-5 Year experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION<\/strong>:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Minimum diploma in Information Technology or related Field from a reputable institute<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desirable<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mandatory Skills :<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a similar position from a reputable organization<\/li>\n<li>Experience with workstation\/ Desktop support<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of windows XP professional and Windows 7<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 and 2010 suites<\/li>\n<li>Good MS Outlook Knowledge (Mail Configuration and Backup of PST)<\/li>\n<li>Basic Knowledge of Printer Hardware &amp; Configuration<\/li>\n<li>Good Networking Knowledge (Crimping, N\/W Configuration)<\/li>\n<li>Good Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS,DHCP<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of File &amp; Print Server<\/li>\n<li>Excellent hard ware and software troubleshooting knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of troubleshooting Laptop\u2019s Wi-Fi connectivity<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Video conference system<\/li>\n<li>Desktop\/laptop deployment experience<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of systems software to determine if a malfunction is in the hardware or in the soft ware<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills with the ability to participate in a Team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Knowledge and skills\u00a0\u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Helpdesk Management<\/li>\n<li>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0ITIL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mara-ison.com\/job\/index.php?d=detail&amp;lang=english&amp;reqid=16&amp;desig=Desktop_Support_Engineer_(Level_2)\">Click here to view Job and Apply Online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Working at Mara Group is a fast-paced and dynamic experience.
