We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Installation Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Report To:<\/strong> Operation Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As Installation Manager, you are responsible for the successful and profitable execution of the operational delivery, project quality and site safety of projects within their portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>You will manage Installation Supervisors executing the projects and actively monitoring the projects performance in terms of revenue generation, progress against schedule and estimate, planning accuracy and cost efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nProject delivery and Installation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for financial, installation and customer performance of projects within portfolio by monitoring and reporting; as well as looking for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Manages customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Enforces accuracy of schedule, revenue and &amp; planning done by Sales &amp; Admins.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews and approves project revenue and cost plan updates as per policy.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve and approve of any issues related to site readiness and clearance on material delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership \/ People management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is responsible for the development of Installers and Field Trainers and installation admins consisting of proper training, certification and competence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Operations planning process:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs site and process audits within team and carries out to ensure compliance with installation methods, safety policies and OTIS Way\/local processes.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively manages the capacity of their team and order book status\/resource needs\/installation capacity as per the decisions made in the Sales and Operations planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Attitudes &amp; Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elevator industry experience; or experience leading technicians in a similar industry preferred.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to interpret basic financial statements and grasp profit and loss accountability.<\/li>\n<li>Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software- word, excel, power point, and outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have excellent communication skills and able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities are a must.<\/li>\n<li>High school education or equivalent; bachelor\u2019s degree preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a valid driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:\u00a0<\/strong>Very Attractive<\/p>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their tailored CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:apply@alfred-victoria.com\" target=\"_blank\">apply@alfred-victoria.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the &#8220;Job Title&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Any application received after this will be automatically rejected.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alfred &amp; Victoria Associates is one of Nigeria\u2019s leading ICT solution based company.
