We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Channel Sales Leader<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Req ID:<\/strong> 304628BR<br \/>\n<strong>Category:<\/strong> Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Position Type:<\/strong> Professional<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-Time<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Special Terms<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Role and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain, grow, and be responsible for existing focused software business partners revenue streams<\/li>\n<li>Develop, grow and be responsible for new revenue streams from strategic transformation software areas for IBM Cloud and solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Drive partners to overachieve pipeline and revenue targets<\/li>\n<li>Identify, recruit, and activate new partners in key areas and cover offerings and solutions coverage GAPs<\/li>\n<li>Acquisition and development of new and existing customers to complement the strategy and focus of the partner \u2013 across all solutions areas of IBM Cloud.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing, implementing and controlling the activities needed to achieve the sales goals<\/li>\n<li>Drive transformation to Strategic Imperatives (Cloud) and higher value solutions, via specific enablement and GTM activities and developing key solutions skills expertise and certifications.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for weekly cadence and business management processes within the partner and into IBM Channel Management.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for a transparent business including forecasts, market information, competition information and customer related information<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring a high level of integrity and trust with the Partner, driving loyalty and close Partner relationship to achieve successful, stable and transparent business<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage Partner Growth Plans and specific business plans with relevant partners, customers or markets \/ solution areas<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of customized marketing and business development activities and be responsible for the aligned marketing budgets available.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Partner &amp; customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate executive relationships with the Partner<\/li>\n<li>Participation at events and trade fairs if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Must be prepared to travel<\/li>\n<li>Conduct business review with partners and recommend improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Technical and Professional Expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 8 years experience in Software related channel sales<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in Cloud<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years Channel sales experience in enterprise IT market<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven sales track record in both direct and channel sales<\/li>\n<li>Understanding and implementation of solutions selling<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage customers at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Technical background is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/careers.ibm.com\/ShowJob\/Id\/906965\/Channel%20Sales%20Leader\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) is a global technology and innovation company headquartered in Armonk, NY.
