We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Legal Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review the existing legal cases of the organization and work upon resolving them<\/li>\n<li>Provide legal advice to the management and analyze the risks while signing new business deals<\/li>\n<li>Analyze legal information and do the essential paper work and handle litigation management<\/li>\n<li>Review contracts and agreements and see to it that they comply with the legal norms<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up contracts and other legal documents<\/li>\n<li>Settling disputes and supervising any agreements<\/li>\n<li>Analyse legal documents, supervise legal assistants, conduct legal research<\/li>\n<li>Advise the executives and employees on changes to the laws affecting the company<\/li>\n<li>Provides legal advisory and counselling on other official matters;<\/li>\n<li>Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal cases (labour law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies<\/li>\n<li>Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance<\/li>\n<li>Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations<\/li>\n<li>Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external lawyers, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust<\/li>\n<li>Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company\u0422s full legal rights<\/li>\n<li>Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and clients<\/li>\n<li>Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other tasks assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in Law.
