We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Debt Recovery Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations<\/strong>: (Ikeja, Lagos Island, Agege, Mowe, Ikorodu, Ojuore-Ota, Surulere, Ikotun, Isolo , Lekki and Mushin) Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Slot:<\/strong> 12 Openings<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages recovery of overdue payments from customers by reaching out and acts as the liaison between creditors and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Able to hit set target by collecting overdue loans and acts as the liaison between creditors and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Follows-up on delinquent accounts, updates and maintains accurate records.<\/li>\n<li>Able to give accurate report on customers reached out to weekly.<\/li>\n<li>Thoroughly understands the assigned product and is persuasive enough to convince customers to pay amounts due using available repayment methods.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other assigned duties necessary to support the portfolio weekly.<\/li>\n<li>Self-driven to consistently hit and surpass weekly\/monthly targets individually and as a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Qualification: OND \/ HND \/ B.Sc<\/li>\n<li>Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong command of English Language and at least, one other local or international language<\/li>\n<li>Agile, Teachable \/ Willing to learn<\/li>\n<li>Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and strong goal orientation<\/li>\n<li>Active Listening skills<\/li>\n<li>Persuasiveness and sales \/ marketing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and use of basic Microsoft Office Tools: Word, Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume \/ CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:ejaprislogisticsltd@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ejaprislogisticsltd@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using \u201cApplication \u2013 Debt Recovery Agent\u201d as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>30th April, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ejapris Logistics Limited is a customer centric, financial driven business support firm that focuses on debt collection for customers of Renmoney and ACCION MFB Limited in Lagos.
