We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Seniority Level:<\/strong> Mid-Senior level<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The company is looking to hire a Business Analyst (with Project Management experience) with 5 and above years\u2019 experience for a 6 month period (renewable) with skills and competence to lead requirements analysis, validation, and verification of diverse business processes for a process automation platform project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop Business requirement documentation (user stories and journey mapping)<\/li>\n<li>Handle Stakeholders management and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Provide UI\/UX design and process flow leadership<\/li>\n<li>Document Business risk report at Steerco.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research and analysis on identified technologies of interest.<\/li>\n<li>Work to help develop and research best in class practices for the organization<\/li>\n<li>Work on special projects outside of standard analysis as assigned by the manager.<\/li>\n<li>Create Client specific process models and business flows around technology solutions<\/li>\n<li>Perform review and subsequent remediation of client agreements using our technology solutions<\/li>\n<li>User Acceptance testing management<\/li>\n<li>Project risk management mitigation<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with development team<\/li>\n<li>Transition of business requests into functional requirement documents<\/li>\n<li>Test planning and test strategy development<\/li>\n<li>Understand and proactively keep up to date with the latest regulatory developments and issues which affect our clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc.\/ MBA in Sciences \/ Finance \/ Economics \/ Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics etc.<\/li>\n<li>ITIL, CCBA &amp; CBAP and any Project Management certification will be of great advantage<\/li>\n<li>5-10 years of professional experience (preferably in multinationals) with a focus on Strategy management, Brands and Commerce.<\/li>\n<li>High mastery of the Microsoft Office package with proficiency in Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and with others.<\/li>\n<li>A track record of following through on commitments.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.<\/li>\n<li>A history of leading and supporting successful projects.<\/li>\n<li>Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced technical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent documentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/1802622680\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa Prudential Plc is a technology\u2013driven Capital Market Investment Mediator [CMIM] and a thoroughbred in share registration business in Nigeria.
