We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Front Desk Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Adamawa and Bauchi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role of the Front Desk Assistant is to provide support to the Admin department and the entire office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specific Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for covering the front desk and ensuring that staff and visitors sign the registers<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary custodian of office supplies and consumables. Distributes these based on written request.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper and accurate records\/inventory of office supplies, distribution and usage.<\/li>\n<li>Procurement of small items as directed, adhering to PHI purchasing and procurement guidelines at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the front desk is not left unattended and well administered.<\/li>\n<li>Photocopying and other Admin tasks as directed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures good record keeping and filing.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning<\/li>\n<li>Directs visitors appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree or recognized equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with administrative and secretarial skills is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with international NGOs is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Good Communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0IT Desk Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Adamawa and Bauchi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role of the IT Assistant is to support the ICT Department in the maintenance of the Information and Communications systems within the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specific Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, painting etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Provide Network Administration.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance and trouble shooting hardware and software problems observed by staff.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Internet services are always running with minimal downtime.<\/li>\n<li>Perform periodic system and data backup to ensure that in the event of a serious incident, all data created, modified or stored after the last back up will not be lost.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to provide basic training and help desk functions to the employees on the use of various application software programs.<\/li>\n<li>Document resolutions to problems and maintain repair logs.<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular cleaning of the hardware equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Prompt response to problems reported by employees.<\/li>\n<li>Install\/de-install hardware equipment and installation and configuration of computer\/laptop peripherals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. in Computer Science \/ ICT or any other related equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Practical Knowledge \/ Training in CCNA, MS Server 2012, MS Exchange 2013, SQL Server etc will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Cover Letter along with their Resume \/ CV as one document to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:prohealthcareers1@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>prohealthcareers1@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer Clause<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This job description is not an exhaustive list, rather it is intended to be indicative of the skills, efforts, duties and responsibilities associated with the position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Language:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cPro-Health International is an equal \u2013 opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, etc. Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th April, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pro-Health International is a faith-based, non-profit organization that has provided free health care services to under-served populations in Nigeria and Africa for over 27 years.
