{"id":85932,"date":"2020-04-24T16:32:48","date_gmt":"2020-04-24T15:32:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=85932"},"modified":"2020-04-23T16:41:37","modified_gmt":"2020-04-23T15:41:37","slug":"human-capital-partners-current-employment-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/human-capital-partners-current-employment-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"Human Capital Partners Current Employment Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Human Capital Partners \u2013 Our Client, an International Non Governmental Organisation with over 40 Years expereince in providing Reproductive Healthcare Services is looking to recruit an energetic, result-oriented and enthusiastic\u00a0Professional to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Procurement Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><br \/>\nThe role holder will be responsible for the planning, advisory and management of terms of contract with vendors while also ensuring deliveries are timely and planned with inventory\/user department with all relevant documentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of terms of contract with vendors to ensure strict adherence.<\/li>\n<li>Support and participate in the preparation of the Organisation\u2019s procurement plan and subsequent updates of the plan.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the implementation and realization of the procurement plan\u00a0\u00a0through sending notification to programs and departments to initiate procurements; and advising on changes in procurement plan for procurement processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure supplier data is updated according to the Company\u2019s Procurement Guideline.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Cooperate Services and Legal on ongoing contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing draft submissions to cross function evaluation, negotiation, product\/ technical committee, legal team and procurement committee.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt and regular update of vendor information on database.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure vendor appraisal and quality assurance forms are administered promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure samples are approved before final production.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure goods delivered are same as sample approved.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quantity of goods received are same as Purchase Order quantity.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with vendor on the status of bid submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor\u2019s degree in supply chain management, procurement and stores management, commerce, business administration or related fields from a reputable institution.<\/li>\n<li>Experience involving the procurement of medical supplies, equipment, commodities, or services.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of procurement and supply chain.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years\u2019 experience in procurement and logistics preferably from an FMCG, INGO or Health Care Sector.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge and experience in a Health or International Non Governmental Organisation with hands-on experience working in donor funded programmes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@hcp-ng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment@hcp-ng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>25th April, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Human Capital Partners \u2013 Our Client, an International Non Governmental Organisation with over 40 Years expereince in providing Reproductive Healthcare Services is looking to recruit an energetic, result-oriented and enthusiastic\u00a0Professional&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[35,57],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
