We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Marketing Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are recruiting for one of our clients to fill the position of a Marketing Manager.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will be responsible for Planning, coordinating, and implementing the firm\u2019s, practice groups\u2019, and individual attorney\u2019s activities with respect to marketing, business development, public relations, and client services.<\/li>\n<li>Objective is to increase visibility and brand recognition to strengthen and expand the firm\u2019s client base.<\/li>\n<li>Observes confidentiality of client and firm matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Marketing Manager will have primary responsibility and authority to lead and administer these important functions of the Firm:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Planning<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting<\/li>\n<li>Sponsorships<\/li>\n<li>Business Development<\/li>\n<li>Media and Public Relations<\/li>\n<li>Promotion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualification\/Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nEducation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in Business (Specialization in Marketing)<\/li>\n<li>Second Class Upper Degree in a first degree<\/li>\n<li>Additional professional certification in management\/marketing\/graphic design is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Five years in a marketing manager role within a professional services environment (law firm experience preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Marketing management and strategic planning experience<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with SEO and Google Analytics including ability to set goals, interpret metrics, and implement projects that will improve online performance and visibility.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing skills and the ability to understand the attorney-client relationship<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write effectively for public relations and other purposes for audiences inside and outside the firm and to prepare written materials to support and to follow-up marketing opportunities for the firm.<\/li>\n<li>Firm first attitude and mindset<\/li>\n<li>Digital Marketing Experience would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Successful development and administration of a marketing program<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and website content management systems (e.g. WordPress)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their resume and cover letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@apataandascott.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment@apataandascott.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the e-mail<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>25th April, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apata &amp; Ascott Limited \u2013 We are a human resource consulting firm that is focused on delivering business value to organizations.
