We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Procurement Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain good relationships with vendors\/suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.<\/li>\n<li>Review and analyze all vendors\/suppliers, supply, and price options.<\/li>\n<li>Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification \/ Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or HND.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must have worked in a construction or a facility management company.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year experience as procurement officer or related position.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to procure locally and internationally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@ekomaintenance.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>recruitment@ekomaintenance.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;Procurement Officer&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th April, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
