We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Intern\u00a0(Graphics Design, Digital Marketing &amp; Software Development)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nationwide<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We desire qualified applicants seeking hands-on experience in design,digital marketing and software development.<\/li>\n<li>We mean individuals who actually want to learn real-world skills that you can put on a resume other than \u201cgreat work ethic\u201d and \u201cgreat multi-tasker\u201d. If you are still excited, read on.<\/li>\n<li>Note: We do not expect you to be perfect; we are not. We want intelligent people who love to learn and are as hungry as a panda.<\/li>\n<li>This is a great opportunity to join us in building something big from the ground up, and have a whole lot of fun in the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Internship<\/strong><br \/>\nRequired:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must possess good time management skills and independence! You will be working remotely, aka you must be self-motivated to work without a boss looking over your shoulder<\/li>\n<li>An ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for 3\u20136 months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perfect Match (Graphics):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency with any of InDesign, Photoshop (preferred), CorelDraw and Illustrator<\/li>\n<li>You can produce high-quality visual assets like graphics, icons and logos<\/li>\n<li>You feel confident designing visual layouts for web pages or app screens<\/li>\n<li>Excellent research abilities and a meticulous attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with HTML and CSS (not required but great to have)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perfect Match (Software Development):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency with any of PHP \/ Laravel, Node, JavaScript, Ionic,Flutter, Elixir \/ Phoenix<\/li>\n<li>Understand design patterns. At least MVC.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Databases,Services<\/li>\n<li>Object Oriented Analysis and Design<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of JSON and Restful API (not compulsory, but great to have)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Perfect Match (Digital Marketing):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use social media platforms to create online experiences that increase customer engagement and create sales opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in creative content writing and copy writing.<\/li>\n<li>Creative-thinking ability<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and quality.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organisation and planning skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords, email campaign and SEO\/SEM will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remote work life<\/li>\n<li>You get to perfect and specialize in any of the above IT areas using real life projects.<\/li>\n<li>You would be properly equipped and positioned for IT employment.<\/li>\n<li>You get an Internship Certificate from us and become our ambassador.<\/li>\n<li>Grow into a full developer role as against intern if you stay for a year.
