Your responsibilities will include performing some business administration and human resource duties.<\/li>\n<li>As a Quality Control Manager, you should have excellent communication and listening skills, with strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You should understand regulatory compliance and be skilled in understanding scientific and technical data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gaining an understanding of the client&#8217;s needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.<\/li>\n<li>Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.<\/li>\n<li>Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.<\/li>\n<li>Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr.conglomerateassociate@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>hr.conglomerateassociate@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>27th May, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Conglomerate Associate Nigeria Limited is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: &nbsp;
