We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Wealth Advisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Port-Harcourt, Rivers and Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nClient Service:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide Wealth Management service to clients which includes, Wealth &amp; Estate Planning, Trust, Financial Planning, Strategy, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive communication with clients and their Advisors<\/li>\n<li>Discuss investment performance, economic and market trends<\/li>\n<li>Direct consultation with attorneys, accountants and other Advisors on financial, tax and estate planning<\/li>\n<li>Client meeting planning, facilitation and presentation<\/li>\n<li>Develop and\/or deliver private wealth education sessions to clients and staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Strategy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide strategic and focused product ownership for Portfolio Management and Advise platforms<\/li>\n<li>Define and drive the road map for these platforms for the near, medium and long term<\/li>\n<li>Maintain business cases and key performance indicators and coordinate with larger company goals<\/li>\n<li>Partner with stakeholders and user groups from other teams<\/li>\n<li>Research new and emerging trends and technologies in areas of portfolio Management and Financial Planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Investment Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish client investment objectives including risk tolerance, asset allocation, and cash requirements<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Fund Managers on investment policy statement (IPS) with each client based on their goals, objectives and risk tolerance<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of investment plans<\/li>\n<li>Translate investment policy to individual investment objectives<\/li>\n<li>Monitor asset allocation on a quarterly basis relative to policy and goals; evaluates need to re-balance<\/li>\n<li>Review portfolio issues (i.e., taxes, liquidity events, capital calls, etc.) quarterly<\/li>\n<li>Manage investment transition for new clients<\/li>\n<li>Plan strategies for diversification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>New Business Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop leads and referrals from current clients and outside contacts<\/li>\n<li>Seek to increase current accounts through additions to AUM<\/li>\n<li>Secure Partnerships, develop marketing plans and grow revenue<\/li>\n<li>Offer value-added fee-based services<\/li>\n<li>Participate in sales meetings with prospective clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Investment, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience<\/li>\n<li>MBA is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Eight (cool years\u2019 experience running medium to large Wealth Management Projects<\/li>\n<li>At least Five (5) years of Product Management experience<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be resident in Portharcourt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the Financial Industry, specifically in the areas of Portfolio Management and Financial Planning<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership Skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, reacting quickly to changing market\/industry variables<\/li>\n<li>Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and team work<\/li>\n<li>Capacity to work with demanding clients and diverse groups of people<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Strategic thinking ability<\/li>\n<li>Result driven<\/li>\n<li>Self-confidence, Personal Integrity and Credibility<\/li>\n<li>Ability to act and operate independently with minimal supervision to accomplish objectives<\/li>\n<li>Good sales and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze and research information<\/li>\n<li>Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation<\/li>\n<li>Technology Proficient (excel, word, ability to learn new software).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/sankoreglobal.zohorecruit.com\/recruit\/PortalDetail.na?iframe=true&amp;digest=05vsG66Erz7p@t7DS.z4yQZj0@WiFJ0w0bPcWSifGO0-&amp;jobid=131304000003199011&amp;widgetid=131304000000261619&amp;embedsource=\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th May, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sankore is an investment and advisory firm that provides an array of wealth and fund management services to individuals and institutions.
