We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Product Support Analyst<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Kaduna, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Suggested start date:<\/strong> Immediate<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nTechnology Operations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze user requirements, envision system features and functionality<\/li>\n<li>Design solutions attending to both business and technical considerations<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with product managers, team leads and other software developers<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Work on bug fixes and improving application performance<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the evolution of company level best practices, standards, and policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Focus:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out extensive research to identify needs that new or improved products can fulfill.<\/li>\n<li>Review research reports, analyze and compare competitors\u2019 products, and meet customers to discuss their requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring product development programs to a successful conclusion \u2014 on time and within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Develop schedules for each phase of the development program and monitor progress against targets.
