We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Team Member \u2013 Business Continuity<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos, Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the implementation of the BCP and DRP policies in the Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in planning, developing, implementing and reviewing a wide range of activities to reduce operational risk exposures arising from BCP\/DRP<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a resource to internal customers regarding business continuity standards and plans.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual capital, operating and compensation budgets for the business continuity function.<\/li>\n<li>Assist business units with: \u2013 Assessment of potential business impact (Business Impact Analysis); \u2013 Definition of Critical, time-sensitive functions; and \u2013 Design, development, and documentation of work area (business function) business continuity\u00a0\u00a0 plans.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend recovery strategies and options, and assist with the implementation of recovery solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate business continuity plan exercises.<\/li>\n<li>Develop appropriate schedules for training \/ awareness for business units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/1837513967\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Team Lead, Risk Monitoring and Loss Data Management<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather, obtain and collate all the records and reports of operational risk incidents that occur in the Bank.;<\/li>\n<li>Design and maintain a loss data base for both internal and external (with emphasis on fraud) operational risk losses.<\/li>\n<li>Review, analysis and report on the operational risk profile of the bank to Board and Senior Management.<\/li>\n<li>Compute the operational risk capital charge for the Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Design and maintenance of a key risk indicator dashboard for the Bank.
