We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Program Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0VI, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Program Coordinator and Social media expert is an administrative professional specialized in managing, coordinating, monitoring and overseeing online and offline programs, meetings and projects.<\/li>\n<li>The individual is also responsible for gradually achieving superior customer engagement and website traffic by strategically using all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe perfect candidate for this role will possess the following characteristics;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2-4 years relevant Program coordination and social media management work experience<\/li>\n<li>Expert knowledge of online meeting platforms especially Zoom<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for meeting growth via Social media marketing<\/li>\n<li>Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action<\/li>\n<li>Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company\u2019s social content<\/li>\n<li>Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data\/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions<\/li>\n<li>Manages the service schedules and diary<\/li>\n<li>Maintains all online platforms, renews licence and ensures they run smoothly<\/li>\n<li>Welcomes and Follows up with New Attendees from online and offline meetings<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for general program experience\/ambience for all meetings and events<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates both offline and online meetings, programs and events<\/li>\n<li>Collates, reviews, monitors and analyses all online meetings database<\/li>\n<li>Collates weekly attendance data from every online meeting and inputs the data in the records sheet<\/li>\n<li>Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nCompetitive<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/2S9ikZp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>25th May, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kornerstone Counselling Centre is a non-profit Organization with focus on Counselling, Charity &amp; Outreach, Divine academy, and organizing a series of motivational and inspiring meetings and events.
