We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Financial Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, assess, monitor, and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial resources in a manner consistent with the agreed procedures and objectives of the bank<\/li>\n<li>Review and consolidate Bank Reconciliation and Fund Management analysis<\/li>\n<li>Review other Treasury related monthly Schedules<\/li>\n<li>Financial review of customer accounts, loan computation and other finance information<\/li>\n<li>Processing and preparation of pension, payee and other regulatory and compliance monthly renditions<\/li>\n<li>Liaison and communication with the regulatory bodies such as the CBN, NDIC, FIRS, LIRS etc<\/li>\n<li>Assess and predict financial risks and returns<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use financial modelling to predict outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Analyze business operations, loan repayments, deposit maturities, business trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or &amp; to provide advice.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and present financial trends, competitor behaviour as they impact on the bank<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and analyse Cash flow<\/li>\n<li>Review and consolidate Multi-level GL and bank reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the maintenance of an adequate level of working capital<\/li>\n<li>Review and consolidate weekly cash flow &amp; liquidity report and provide advice to management on the variances<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out reconciliation of Balance Sheet items such as cash, cash equivalents, investments, debt, for management and reporting purposes<\/li>\n<li>Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters<\/li>\n<li>Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function<\/li>\n<li>Creates presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirement and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, ACA, ICAN and MBA.<\/li>\n<li>High analytical and excel skill<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as an accountant in a Microfinance or other financial services industry will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Very familiar with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward a copy of their cover letter and CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@pecantrust.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hr@pecantrust.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the subject title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>8th May, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PecanTrust Microfinance Bank Limited is a Central Bank of Nigeria Licensed, for-profit making institution dedicated to supporting early stage, small and medium-sized enterprises \u2018SME\u2019, the informal working class and low&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[28],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>PecanTrust Microfinance Bank Limited Job Vacancy - Apply Now!
