We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resource Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistently recruiting an excellent staff.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.<\/li>\n<li>Training, counseling and coaching our staff.<\/li>\n<li>Creating clear and concise reports.<\/li>\n<li>Giving helpful and engaging presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.<\/li>\n<li>Leading a team of junior human resource managers.<\/li>\n<li>Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out necessary administrative duties.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting performance and wage reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in human resources or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to give presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in educating and coaching staff.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidate should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:focalpointsventures@gmail.com\"><strong>focalpointsventures@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>23rd May, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Focal point projects Limited is a design, construction, management and maintenance firm which is located in Lagos, Nigeria.
