We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resources Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>REF:<\/strong> HR2020001<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;<\/li>\n<li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;<\/li>\n<li>Manage the recruitment and selection process;<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain pay plan and benefits program;<\/li>\n<li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;<\/li>\n<li>Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.<\/li>\n<li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;<\/li>\n<li>Nurture a positive working environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive of not less than 5 years in manufacturing industries;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices;<\/li>\n<li>Degree in Human Resources or related field;<\/li>\n<li>Membership of professional body such as CIPM will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@gis-ng.com\"><strong>jobs@gis-ng.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the job title \u201cHuman Resources Manager -HR2020001\u201d as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>2nd June, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General Industrial Supplies and Services Limited was incorporated in May 2nd 2013 and started operations June 1st 2013.
