We have evolved over the years as the favourite brand for children\u2019s clothing in Nigeria as well as the leader in our niche market. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: HR Officer &#8211; Production<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting Line: <\/strong>This role reports to the Human Resource Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with the preparation of the Manpower Plan needs of the factory<\/li>\n<li>Source and recruit new hires<\/li>\n<li>Plans and conducts new employee orientation\/ induction to foster positive attitude toward the company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Manage employee data and prepare report on employee turnover rate.<\/li>\n<li>Advice management on employee relations issues and carry out disciplinary actions.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs and ensures effective administration.<\/li>\n<li>Handle all personnel transactions such as leave request, absenteeism confirmations, promotions, transfers.<\/li>\n<li>Administer benefits programs such health (HMO), pension plans, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance programs.<\/li>\n<li>Impute, administer and distribute employee\u2019s payroll.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate performance appraisals and prepare reports at the conclusion of the appraisals and also ensure implementation of recommended actions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare training calendar and administer trainings as needed<\/li>\n<li>Prepares employee separation notices, related documentation and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind resignation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree from a reputable higher institution<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification in human resources from a recognized professional body (e.g. CIPD, HRCI, CIPM, SHRM)<\/li>\n<li>Have an understanding of general human resources policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Possess good knowledge of employment\/labor laws<\/li>\n<li>Can work comfortably with Microsoft Office;<\/li>\n<li>Show a customer-focused attitude,<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent communication, people skills and aptitude in problem-solving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@ruffntumblekids.com\">recruitment@ruffntumblekids.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the position as subject of email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>25th May, 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ruff n Tumble is Nigeria&#8217;s Leading Clothing Brand for Cool teens and Kids with an international appeal.
