We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Credit Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good credit analysis skills.<\/li>\n<li>A result oriented team player, honest, and of high integrity<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with minimum supervision<\/li>\n<li>Proactive problem solver with excellent credit and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and multitasking abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicator (KPI):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non-Performing Loan Ratio (NPL)<\/li>\n<li>Zero regulatory sanction relating to Credit Risk<\/li>\n<li>Turnaround time (TAT) to conclude on credit request after receipt of all required information\/documentation is (6hrs for PP\/Retail and 48 hours for MSME).<\/li>\n<li>Cost of Risk (Impairment Charges\/ Loan loss provisioning)<\/li>\n<li>Credit Risk Management Rating and Perception<\/li>\n<li>Process Efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must live in Ibeju-lekki environs.
