Role Description:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Taking complete sales responsibility both from an operational and strategic perspective and focussing on\u00a0business development
\n\u2022 Developing and managing relationships with major local and international accounts and partners
\n\u2022 Defines and Reviews\u00a0Key Performance Indicators\u00a0to ensure the achievements
\n\u2022 Instilling rigour and discipline around account planning and account management<\/p>\n

Position Requirements<\/strong>
\nThe person will have a minimum of 3-5 years sales experience within the technology hardware industry, with some exposure to high volume sales. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to:
\n\u2022 At least three to\u00a0five years\u00a0proven track record of high tech. product sales management experience
\n\u2022 Depth and breadth of understanding of IT systems,\u00a0 IT industry players and local\u00a0market
\n\u2022 Exposure to\u00a0sales forecasting, self-management, team working and time management in a\u00a0complex\u00a0matrix environment
\n\u2022 The ability to formulate, negotiate and close large and\u00a0complex\u00a0deals at a high level across multiple industry sectors
\n\u2022 Ability to join effective \u201cvirtual\u201d teams and drive results through others in acomplex\u00a0cross-functional organization required.\u00a0 Strong negotiation and influencing skills required, as well as an ability to interact effectively with high level decision makers\/executives
\n\u2022 Superior verbal and written\u00a0communication skills
\n\u2022 Knowledge of business customers, Partner Channel & the PC industry preferred
\n\u2022 Entrepreneurial\u00a0self starter; excels at superior unsupervised execution
\n\u2022 Fluency in Business English is a requirement<\/p>\n
