We are currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Admin &amp; Finance Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease read all the Job Description thoroughly before applying;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Administrative &amp; Finance Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support, keep accurate financial records and managing their queries.<\/li>\n<li>Their duties would include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records. She should be familiar with audits, invoices and budget preparations.<\/li>\n<li>He should demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. He should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Record accounts payable and accounts receivable<\/li>\n<li>Update internal systems with financial data<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update company databases<\/li>\n<li>Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents<\/li>\n<li>Answer queries by employees and clients<\/li>\n<li>Update office policies as needed<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments<\/li>\n<li>Book meeting rooms as required<\/li>\n<li>Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile bank statements<\/li>\n<li>Participate in financial audits<\/li>\n<li>Track bank deposits and payments<\/li>\n<li>Assist with budget preparation<\/li>\n<li>Review and implement financial policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics<\/li>\n<li>Any work experience as a Admin &amp; Finance Officer or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures<\/li>\n<li>Sharp time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data<\/li>\n<li>Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Experience using financial Accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Advanced MS Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of financial regulations<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and numerical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@bizpool.africa\"><strong>info@bizpool.africa<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cAdmin &amp; Finance\u201d as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>29th May, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bizpool Africa\u00a0is an outsourcing agency which trains and creates career opportunities.
