We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ibadan, Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Officer to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company goals.<\/li>\n<li>The Business Development Officer\u2019s responsibilities include identifying company products and services that are underperforming, developing an in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals.<\/li>\n<li>You should also ensure that the company is able to achieve revenue targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze sales reports, and provide strategies to Trim overhead and increase profit<\/li>\n<li>Identify new market opportunities via market research and initiate contact<\/li>\n<li>Respond to all issues with prompt attention<\/li>\n<li>Travel to destinations to best facilitate transactions or training<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Perform risk management to minimize project risks<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain relationships with third parties\/vendors<\/li>\n<li>Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business utilizing company services<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching and training to subordinate Business Developers<\/li>\n<li>Generate sales presentations as well as assist junior developers with theirs<\/li>\n<li>Maintain positive growth in your market area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND, BSc. in business administration and any other related field.<\/li>\n<li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized, analytical, ability to motivate and manage others<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must reside in Ibadan<\/li>\n<li>Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies<\/li>\n<li>Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:showmatconstructionlimited@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>showmatconstructionlimited@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>30th June, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Showmat Construction Limited is a registered company that brings a wide range of engineering services in building and construction work, vendor qualifications and quality control.
