We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Manager, Logistics and Supply Chain<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Zip\/Postal Code:<\/strong> 10001<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong> FMCG\/Foods\/Beverage<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The job holder is responsible for monitoring the packing operation functions and distribution for cost effectiveness, reducing waste and maximizing profitability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nDemand Analysis and Forecasting<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.<\/li>\n<li>Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.<\/li>\n<li>Minimizes sales returns\/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns, developing a depletion plan and avoiding overstocking the points of sales;<\/li>\n<li>Provide effective operational management by planning, supervising and managing operational tasks working with direct reports<\/li>\n<li>Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport cost and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nQualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production\/Operations Management);<\/li>\n<li>5-7years\u2019 experience within an operations\/distribution\/logistics\/retail environment.<\/li>\n<li>Membership of Nigerian Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/alanandgrant.zohorecruit.com\/recruit\/PortalDetail.na?iframe=true&amp;digest=rbvoMH8jlrfU2TPRxKEvynGAUnkE7bVo.a85bxdBEmQ-&amp;jobid=444948000017262051&amp;widgetid=444948000000072311&amp;embedsource=CareerSite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alan &amp; Grant \u2013 Our work is focused on creating innovative HR and Organizational Development Solutions aimed at Performance Improvement &amp; Business Growth.
