We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resource Intern<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks<\/li>\n<li>Screen CVs and applications<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates<\/li>\n<li>Plan and organize on-boarding and induction programmes for new staff<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Unit leads or representatives to participate in new staff on-boarding programmes<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to new staff on documentations and follow up to retrieve documents for record purpose<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain an accurate internal databases with new employee information using the approved template<\/li>\n<li>Gather payroll data like leaves, suspension, working hours and bank accounts and provide update to the HR Lead and Accountant<\/li>\n<li>Prepare HR-related reports as needed<\/li>\n<li>Address and handle employee queries on HR related issues and escalate to the HR Lead if unresolved<\/li>\n<li>Distribute company policies in digital formats and\/or hard copies<\/li>\n<li>Participate in organizing company events, trainings, team building activities etc.<\/li>\n<li>Provide general administrative and Human Resource functions as directed by the HR Lead<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related field of study<\/li>\n<li>Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use MS Excel, power-point and word effectively<\/li>\n<li>Excellent email etiquette<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must reside in Lekki\/Ajah axis and must be willing to work during the partial lockdown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN30,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing large amounts of incoming calls from Customers<\/li>\n<li>Handle and respond to Customers\u0422 Enquiries, complaints and questions via different channels such as phone call, email, online chats etc.<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Dispatch riders and Logistics officers to provide feedback to Customers<\/li>\n<li>Escalate Customers\u2019 issues to the appropriate desk and ensure quick resolution<\/li>\n<li>Update and keep Customer Records in terms of interactions, transactions, comments and complaints while ensuring accuracy of database<\/li>\n<li>Identify and assess customers\u2019 needs to achieve satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that a positive, empathetic and professional attitude is maintained toward customers at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional feedback and customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Follow the laid down communication procedures, guidelines and policies while taking the extra mile to actively engage customers<\/li>\n<li>Provide General Customer service support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND or B.Sc in related field of study<\/li>\n<li>Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use MS Excel, power-point and word effectively<\/li>\n<li>Track record of over-achieving quota<\/li>\n<li>Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening<\/li>\n<li>Excellent email etiquette<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM systems and practices<\/li>\n<li>Customer orientation and ability to adapt\/respond to different types of characters<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must reside in Lekki\/Ajah axis and must be willing to work during the partial lockdown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN40,000 \u2013 N60,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br
