We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Service Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Service Engineer is responsible for the maintenance and correction of products and equipment. To offer off-site corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to customer complaints; evaluates and resolves problems ofthe customer;<\/li>\n<li>Installation of Air Conditioners and Cold rooms<\/li>\n<li>Inspect and analyze equipment, and reviews findings to determine the\u00a0 solution to the problem<\/li>\n<li>Work with technical sales Engineers;<\/li>\n<li>Train customer on the equipment installed or serviced<\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance of the product and maintain product manuals;<\/li>\n<li>Provide customers with regular reports and feedback on their service\u00a0 requests;<\/li>\n<li>Develops and maintains relations with customers;<\/li>\n<li>Report common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference;<\/li>\n<li>Make recommendations to maintenance technicians; and offers\u00a0\u00a0 feedback on product development, features and functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND from a reputable university<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in the installations, maintenance and repairs of air\u00a0\u00a0 conditioners, industrial refrigerator equipment, cold rooms and factory refrigerator chillers.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in a structured organization<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills both oral and written<\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate skill in the use of Microsoft office suite<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead a team to deliver great\u00a0 results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@technoton-ltd.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>careers@technoton-ltd.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>3rd June, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Technoton Limited is your reliable Engineering and Technical Services firm providing world-class services to clients in Nigeria.
