You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.<\/li>\n<li>Announcing clients as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.<\/li>\n<li>Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.<\/li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes and making travel plans.<\/li>\n<li>Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND minimum or Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Good time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Consistent, professional dress and manner.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:thelma.o@fadacresources.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>thelma.o@fadacresources.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the email<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>30th June, 2020<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fadac Resources and Services \u2013 Our client, a fast-growing Law firm with its office in Lagos is recruiting to fill the position below: &nbsp;
